Client Value Programme
Developing client relationships more consistently across the firm
The Client Value Programme is a six-month in-firm programme, designed around action from the start. It helps more of the right people create, develop and grow the client relationships that shape the firm's growth, profitability and future value.

It is tailored to your firm. The programme structure, content and focus reflect what the firm is trying to achieve, the stage it is at, and what the Value Creation Review surfaced about where to focus. For some firms, the programme begins with a consulting phase: developing the tools and guidance that give the learning its practical foundation. For others, that work happens alongside the programme itself.
Who we work with
The programme works with people across the firm, with each cohort focused on what is most relevant to their role and stage.
Firm leaders:

Setting direction, creating the right conditions and staying close to progress throughout.
Partners and their teams:

Developing the conversations, relationships and opportunities that grow the right work.
The next generation:

Building the skills, confidence and behaviours that will define what the firm becomes.
How it works
Everything in the programme connects to the work already in front of participants: the clients, opportunities and conversations they are dealing with. The time they invest is spent on that work, with structure and support that builds the skills and behaviours that improve how they develop client relationships over time.

Applied learning, peer learning and group coaching are built into the programme because they are how learning becomes practice. People work alongside colleagues, apply what they are learning in their work with clients, and share what that produced. The rhythm builds accountability and sustained progress.

The programme covers both existing client relationships and new business development: how to grow what the firm already has, and how to approach new opportunities more effectively.

Leadership check-ins and progress reviews keep the programme connected to what the firm is trying to achieve, so that progress inside the programme is showing up inside the firm and with clients.
What you leave with
Firms that have been through the programme have opened new advisory conversations, grown fees from existing clients and developed a pipeline of new opportunities. Those outcomes come from more of the right people developing client relationships, with the structure and capability to do so more consistently across the firm.

At the end of six months, the firm has a more consistent approach and a group of people who have put it into practice in real situations. Your leadership team has a grounded view of what is working and what may still need attention.
Programme methods
The way we support your programme depends on what your firm is trying to achieve. Here are some of the ways we do that.
