Jonathan helps firms enhance key performance metrics by aligning strategic goals with targeted support. Holding an MSc in Business Development and Innovation from the University of Ulster and certified as an executive coach by the Integral Institute, he combines his knowledge and practical expertise in landing complex deals and enhancing client value. Jonathan's holistic approach fosters professional growth and fuels successful business development pursuits.

With an impressive trajectory spanning over four decades in business, Jim Irving has excelled from a trainee to managing multinational corporate Sales and Business Development teams. His vast expertise covers direct B2B strategies, consulting, and professional services sales, further solidified by his tenure as the UK MD for a global software leader.
Over the past decade, Jim has dedicated his efforts to mentoring start-ups and small to medium-sized enterprises, honing their sales skills and strategies, pipeline and deal management. An active 'Entrepreneur in Residence' for Catalyst at the Northern Ireland Science Park, Jim is also the esteemed author of three Amazon bestsellers and a guest lecturer at two leading universities.
