Ongoing Value Creation Partnership

Building on what the programme started

The Ongoing Value Creation Partnership is for firms that have completed the Client Value Programme and want to sustain and build on the work as their priorities develop.

The progress made in the first six months often shows its full potential in months seven to twelve. New routines settle, conversations opened during the programme begin to produce results, and the firm sees what a more consistent approach to client development looks like in practice.

Firms that continue typically do so because there is more to build on.

What's involved

We shape the work around where the firm is and what it is trying to achieve. It might involve reviewing what has changed and what still needs attention, bringing new cohorts into the work, or extending the approach to other offices, regions or service lines. It might also mean supporting the people carrying the work forward as the firm's context evolves. Leadership alignment stays close to the work throughout.

Where to start

For firms that want to understand the full programme before considering what comes after, the Client Value Programme is the place to start.

We work with a small number of firms at a time. Register your interest to start a conversation about your priorities and whether there is a good fit.

"Our commitment is to develop our people continuously. The Practice Edge team delivered a highly impactful programme for our fee earners and their managers. The work focused on engaging with prospects and developing new opportunities with existing clients, including practical workshops to improve our commercial outreach and proposals. Feedback from our team was excellent."
